Someone must be available to accept delivery. We recommend shipping to your workplace if nobody is available at home during business hours.
In-stock items are generally dispatched within 3 business days.

Returns

All faulty goods must be returned to TTS complete with packaging and all components.
Goods should be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Returned goods must be sent by registered post or secure courier.
Faulty goods will be replaced free of additional freight charges.

Refunds will only be provided if replacement goods are unavailable.
