• Over $400 up to $1,500 = Add 25% delivery
• Over $1,500 = Add 20% delivery

Regional QLD & WA

• Up to $100 = Add $21 Delivery

New Zealand

• Up to $100 = Add $40 Delivery

• Melbourne & Sydney Metro: 2–3 Days
• Melbourne & Sydney Regional: 3–4 Days
• Adelaide, Brisbane & Tasmania Metro: 3–4 Days
• Adelaide, Brisbane & Tasmania Regional: 5–6 Days
• WA & NT: 6–8 Days
• New Zealand: 4–7 Days
• Rest of the World: 7–14 Days

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours unless a clearance or discount sale is taking place, which may add up to 5 working days to processing times.

• Pick-up is available from Melbourne and Sydney stores only.
• Truckers Toy Store ships Australia-wide using secure couriers and Australia Post services, allowing us to choose the fastest and most cost-effective delivery method.
• Insurance is included in shipping charges to protect your items in transit.
• Someone must be available to accept delivery. We recommend shipping to your workplace if nobody is available at home during business hours.
• In-stock items are generally dispatched within 3 business days.
• Once dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you so you can monitor your shipment.
