This heavy-duty plastic piece is built to take a beating on your MAN truck. Made from a blend of PP and ABS plastics that won’t crack or fade like those cheap aftermarket parts. Pretty substantial size at 83 x 25 x 49 CM – not some tiny little thing that’ll get lost in the shop.
The OEM numbers (81637306533, 81637306549, 81637306534, and 81637306531) cover a few different years and models, so double-check your manual, but chances are good this’ll fit what you’re working on. MAN’s famous for using the same part across different builds.
Installation’s pretty straightforward – the mounting points line up perfectly with the factory spots. No need to drill new holes or get creative with zip ties. Plastic’s thick enough to handle road debris and weather without warping, but still lightweight enough that you’re not adding unnecessary bulk.
Worth keeping a spare in the shop if you run these trucks regularly – seems like these always get damaged right when you’re on a tight schedule.

Returns
All faulty goods must be returned to TTS complete with packaging and all components.
Goods should be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Returned goods must be sent by registered post or secure courier.
Faulty goods will be replaced free of additional freight charges.
Refunds will only be provided if replacement goods are unavailable.
