Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours unless a clearance or discount sale is taking place, which may add up to 5 working days to processing times.
- Pick-up is available from Melbourne and Sydney stores only.
- Truckers Toy Store ships Australia-wide using secure couriers and Australia Post services, allowing us to choose the fastest and most cost-effective delivery method.
- Insurance is included in shipping charges to protect your items in transit.
- Someone must be available to accept delivery. We recommend shipping to your workplace if nobody is available at home during business hours.
- In-stock items are generally dispatched within 3 business days.
- Once dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you so you can monitor your shipment.

Returns
All faulty goods must be returned to TTS complete with packaging and all components.
Goods should be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Returned goods must be sent by registered post or secure courier.
Faulty goods will be replaced free of additional freight charges.
Refunds will only be provided if replacement goods are unavailable.
Returned goods will be inspected. Items damaged through misuse, abuse,
negligence, improper installation, or tampering will not qualify for exchange or credit.
